The Alqatat Gunsmiths 88mm Gun was a tank gun and anti-tank guns used by the Armies of the Five Deserts from 1933 well into the 60s. It is still in service with some users of vintage Kyrenaian tanks.
An AA-gun of this calibre, although there were several proposals, was never developed. Heavy AA-Batteries relied on the ubiquitous Rusadir Steelworks RS-16 135mm Gun.
