The Bebinni-Gascioch (literally 'Warriors of the Bebinni', or 'Witch-Warriors') is the traditional term used by the Selkie for their military witches - be it of ancient High Kings or of modern witches.

The Muster has three kinds of combat witches: Bebinni-Bitseaghi (literally 'Female Wolf Witches'), they serve as ground combat witches, Bebinni-Iorlai (literally 'Eagle Witches'), they serve as flying witches, and Bebinni-Siorcai (literally 'Shark Witches'), they serve as special operations operatives. The Muster allows only for people, who finished their mandatory education, read Middle School, to join, so the minimum age of enlisting is 15 Springs.

Doctrine

Supplementary Service Bebinni

Supplementary Service Bebinni are basically reservists, mobilized as the last line of defense or to supplement active service Bebinni. Starting with the introduction of the Scuacaillí SC-16 in 1965, simpler, lighter Bebinni-Gléasai. From 1940 to 2000, every Bebinni reaching the age of 15 was trained in their handling and had to recertify once every year und 25. Additionally, the SC-19 and the Gawala are used in training roles. More grounded Supplementary Service Bebinni use older Striker Units as well, currently the Marcach XII BG-BB and the Dragani VII BG-BB.

Starting in 2000, this was changed into a (well-compensated) voluntary task. Aside from said compensation, many Witches joining the Musters are fast-tracked through their career path's training, for instance, Supplementary Officers are fast-tracked through officer training. If a Supplementary Servicewoman one career path wants to join another one, for instance a Supplementary NCO wanting to become an officer, said fast-track does not apply.

Supplementary Service Bebinni are organized into their own units, akin to a militia or replacement squadrons, two of them being the Supplementary Armoured Squadron Tyddynna Castle and the Supplementary Armoured Squadron Traeth Beach (a.k.a. the Cat Maid Squadron).
