She is the daughter of industrialist Ceridwen Báigh of the Tribe of Fermanagh.
Born in 2008 in Rua, Ceili is the daughter of Ceridwen Báigh of the Tribe of Fermanagh and a man, who's identity said mother is keeping secret. Nevertheless, Ceili has a calm childhood, despite her mother frequently being absent. Filling the role of female authority figure is a pair of maids, who also fill the role of older sisters. However, her mother never missed one of her tournaments, in one case even inviting a potential business partner to watch with her.
Ceili began with swordfighting in 2012, when she got her first dagger. She quickly found both fun in the activity and a certain bit of talent, which allowed her to switch to short swords in 2014. In the same year, she joined Elementary School.
In 2017, Ceili graduated from Elementary and decided against taking the entrance exams for any of the boarding schools on the Mainland, not due to a lack of will or ambition, but because she wanted to remain in Rua. Her Mother allowed it and Ceili joined Middle School in 2018.
In the same year, she joined the Marcach Guild, being admitted into the Northern Islands Junior League. In that year, she ranked tenth in the League, not good enough for both herself and her Mother.
In the 2019 Season, she is dominating, gathering an ever-growing fanbase both by her skill and by her cuteness. She won that year's Youth League and, during the 2019 Launceston Harvest Festival, fought as part of the Swordmaster Examination of Llwyd Blaidd, of Tralee Descent against his two daughters - Elin put her focus on Ceili, knocking her out. In the 2019, she also formed a rivalry with Donny Saineolaí of the Tribe of Clonmel.
Ceili is very competitive, especially when it comes to swordfighting. She loves cats and is thinking about acquiring one together with her Mother, but she is already well aware, that a pet is a heavy investment and does not want to make a wrong decision, both for her and the pet.
Aside from that, she is a Middle Schooler with curiosity abound
