The KGS-25 General Purpose Machine Gun is the current general purpose machine gun of the Armies of the Five Deserts.
It was introduced in 1995, replacing the KGS-15 General Purpose Machine Gun as the GPMG of both vehicle mounts on newer vehicles (most popularly, the Alsuyuf II and its derivatives still use the KGS-15 as secondary armament) and the infantry.
