Khaskiya, sometimes also known as Khiskaya, is a title in use in Kyrenaia. Originally, they described the most loyal courtiers of the Sultan and the Ilkhans or a priviliged group around a royal. Nowadays, the Khaskiya is the Kyrenaian form of knighting, non-hereditary and usually given for great achievements, either by an Ilkhan or the Sultan.
