The Luaith Attack Helicopter is a light, heavily armed and complicated Attack Helicopter, having been planned to become the backbone of the Army Aviation anti-tank capabilities and complementing the older Veilbhit Light Attack Aircraft in this role.

Due its size and complicated handling, acquisition has been stopped after 50 units in favour of the Veilbhit-II Light Attack Aircraft. They are expected to be placed on reserve duties in the next years.
