Morgane Macánta of the Tribe of Cork is the High Priestess of the Cult of Cailb, dedicated to the Goddess of Death, Destruction, Rebirth and Pudding and dedicated to representing a lot of the smaller cults in front of the six major Cults.
Morgane Macánta of the Tribe of Cork was born in 1984 in a small village of the Nosey, known as Smuga. She was born as daughter of the local Priestess of Ladra, who was married to the local Priest of Lodan Lir. While their marriage wasn't exemplary, Morgane had a happy childhood, going to the local elementary school starting in 1990.
When time came for her to advance to Middle School, she tried out for the Iris Boarding School Complex and its entrance exams, acing them. Starting 1995, she attended the Iris and joined the volunteers attending to the Sacred Groves on campus. Her favourite one was the one dedicated to Tatha, a local water deity from the Paganism of the Spiorad Ainmhithe. As such, she had contact with a Spiorad, Ceridwen Golau, of Tralee Descent, who she holds in high esteem to this day.
She graduated in 2003 and decided to join the Spirituality of the Cult of Cailb as a Priestess. She came to Cuan in 2009, tended to the major Cailb-Temple there together with Mavie Cúntóir of the Tribe of Wicklow. It was also there, when she got to know Mara Urgharda of the Tribe of Fermanagh, watched her relationship with her assistant grow, culminating in marriage and, in 2012, in the birth of a child, Rona.
While Mavie was recuperating from the pregnancy, Morgane was promoted into the rank of an Arcane Priestess and confirmed as the Priestess of the Cuan-Sanctuary of Cailb. She remained there until 2016, when the old High Priest of Cailb died and she was chosen to succeed him, at the tender age of 32.
Immediately, Morgane set out to better the conditions for the smaller Cults, mainly by representing them in front of the Six Major Cults, and organized a priority contract for fire wood with forestry magnate Raidri Drochnós of the Tribe of Cavan, said wood was to be used on funeral pyres.
The other High Priests and Priestesses
The relationship of Morgane to most of her colleagues could aptly be described as 'professional'. Neither one's going to tear a leg out for the other,
Morgane respects Ceridwen, holds her in highest regard and esteem,
