Nia Sneachtúil, of Cefnffordd Descent is a Spiorad Ainmhithe and Swordmistress, as well as a registered Marcach, as well as on occasion teacher. She is also the cousin of Branwen Blaidd, of Tralee Descent and Elin Blaidd, of Tralee Descent.

Biography

First mentioned in 126, it stands to reason, that Nia is far older.

Some say, that she was the swordfighting trainer of the First Swordmaiden, Enya, of Claimhteoir, in the 320s. She herself never said anything about that. She is, as she says with pride, the student of Ceridwen Golau, of Tralee Descent.

From 853 to 1066, she served in the Empire of Zaijia as a mercenary, attaining the rank of Captain - a rank, which she could still claim to this day, but which she does not want to.

In 1954, the Tearmann Island Resort's Owner and Founder, Finnegan Seift of the Tribe of Wexford, established a number of attractions in his resort in her honour, namely the Zaijian Pavilion and the Hilltop Garden, a Ziajian Garden. He was also massively crushing on her, which was unrequited (not that it dissuaded him).

She attended both the 2019 Cuan Spring Festival and, on invitation of her cousins, both the 2019 Archipelago Shooting and its aftershow party.

Character

It has often been noted, how much of a curious personality Nia has: On one side, she is known as a merciless swordswoman and teacher, her sword, at the moment a Kyrenaian Type 3C Sabre, being quick and true. On the other, she is known as a

The almost constant loss of friends, which she made, a natural thing in the life of a Spiorad, led to a sort-of depression, which was tackled by Macha Taise, of Cork Descent in 2019.
