Shir Neshin is the leader of the Hapoate-Block in Okunaratsuru and one of the fiercest opponents of the Chancellor Roku Taguri.
Aside from her political engagement, Shir is also an accomplished swordswoman (both as a soldier in the past and as a sportswoman today) and a musician, playing the goto, a seven-stringed plucked zither.
